Spirit of Giving has been a part of WRC for over ten years and continues to be one of our most meaningful traditions. This cherished event is centered around the children and families we serve, ensuring they have joyful, lasting holiday memories.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the 2025 Spirit of Giving was our largest yet. With the abundance of toy donations and volunteer support, we were able to serve 206 families, providing holiday gifts for 538 children, each receiving three toys to celebrate the season.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. From the generous donors who provided toys for survivors and their families, to the volunteers who dedicated their time to make the day magical. Thank you to our gift wrappers who ensured every present was beautifully prepared, the volunteers who assisted parents in selecting toys for their children, those who helped serve meals, and the many individuals who kept the children engaged through crafts, games, and holiday activities.
Because of this collective effort, families were able to experience a joyful and memorable holiday celebration.
